Working at Kula Movement allows me to provide a space for people's health and well-being. Kula means community and that's what I get to create every day. I love teaching yoga classes that allow people to let yoga meet them wherever they are at. Kula is also a place for massage, acupuncture, counseling, Thai body work, one on one yoga, Reiki and workshops. I love being and contributing to a community that gives so much to others.

As a yoga teacher and an entrepreneur, I strive to provide people with tools for health and empowerment. I teach one on one sessions to provide people who are new to yoga a space to feel comfortable and grow outside of a normal class setting. I also teach more experienced yogis in expanding their practice on and off the mat.

As an Executive Assistant my main objective was in being an extension of my boss and creating an excellent customer experience for all of his clientele and business associates. I was in charge of calendaring, correspondence, communication between residents and making sure they had what they needed. What I loved about being an executive assistant is that not one day is like the other. I was always taking on new tasks and assignments regardless of my experience and diving in head first.

As Office Administrator for Flintstone Trucking, my job is to see to daily tasks of organization, customer service, invoicing and receiving deliveries and managing finances. I ensure that all customers are left with an experience of great customer service by providing a space of professionalism, organization and reliability.

As a personal banker, it was my role to help other succeed financially. I was able to accomplish this through financial education and offering products of Wells Fargo that best suited the needs of my clients and their goals.

As the Executive in the Visionary Division at Legacy Ambassador Group, I teach and implement training to entrepreneurs. I work directly with the Founder in developing programs to help entrepreneurs succeed and have a support system in growing their business. I find my true passion in working on a team to help others. Making programs and teaching people how to be successful is truly a lifelong fulfillment of how I can impact the world. I am dedicated that each individual that comes to our workshops is left with something valuable regardless of whether or not they decide to do business with us.

I am in charge of opening Emerald City Smoothie in downtown Seattle. I provide excellent customer service and an infectiously positive attitude early in the morning. I have also assisted with hiring new employees, including screening applications, calling references and setting up interviews and leading pre-screening interviews.

As a Sales Advisor, I ensured that each customer was taken care of by engaging them in how to accomplish their fitness goals, create a comfortable environment so they could feel at home and enable them to make an educated decision about joining. I was consistently met sales goals and was one of the top sales people in the district.

Body Flow is a fitness class using techniques and positions from Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates to create a total mind/body workout. As an instructor, I coach my class in safety in technique, strength, stamina and breath to build mind/body connection.
