I have been responsible for Artist Liaison and Production Management duties planning and delivering a wide range of complex live events such as external rentals, contemporary concerts, community projects, indoor and outdoor festivals. Highlights include: Walthamstow Garden Party, Tim Hecker, King Creosote, Beck Song Reader, Philip Glass, Jane Birkin, Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra and Villagers.

Freelance Fixed term Contract. This was the first edition of Nordur Og Nidur, a 4 days festival taking place in Reykjavik and created in conjunction with the Band Sigur Ros and their management team. Initially brought in as a consultant to ensure the project was efficiently developed and delivered, artistically, commercially and logistically, my involvement then evolved into a producing role. Acting as key liaison point and leading on comprehensive production planning I worked closely with the Artistic Directors, Festival Director, local promoter, host venue and one Production Manager overseeing the general coordination of the event as well as the successful delivery of the festival programme.

Zero Point by Visual artist and choreographer Darren Johnston / Array. Music Composed by Tim Hecker. Zero Point is a project fusing Dance, Music and motion sensor technology commissioned and presented by the Barbican, London; Kochi Museum, Japan and Perth International Arts Festival. In conjunction with the Producer and Artistic Director I had the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, funding, design, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the project. Complexities Include: Multi-year planning, develop and control a four-currency project and touring budget, successfully applied for funding by Arts Council England. My Role included: # Co-Manage all aspects of the project from contract negotiations to longer-term planning. # Staff recruitment # Rehearsals # Tour planning: advanced all show requirements with receiving venues - including booking backline and communicating sound and staging needs; coordinated tour transport and routing; booked hotels..(Travel Party of 15 people, coming from Japan, UK, France and China) # Manage the project's finances including: creation budgets, tour budgets, company accounts; monitored purchases, tendering processes; and administered accounts payable and receivable, payroll and other financial transactions.
