• Proactively make outbound calls to affiliated FTD Member Florists to evaluate their website content, link building, and other factors for search engine optimization (SEO) • Responsible for 1,000+ accounts within the US and Canada • Responsible for SEO content modifications to include HTML coding • Proactively audit the websites to ensure that information is accurate, content is current, the visual appearance is acceptable, and pages are free of errors • Work with third party vendors to better assist our member’s marketing needs • Evaluate active online marketing programs and develop efforts to improve and use the results to optimize future efforts • Create custom logos, banners, navigation buttons, and product images based on the member’s needs utilizing Photoshop • Work closely with Product Managers and Website Developers to do quality testing on new functionalities for our websites • Setup, monitor, and analyze pay per click ad campaigns • Participate in ongoing training by attending webinars and workshops for SEO and social media
