I lead innovation projects at Ninety for ambitious clients in the insurance industry who want to explore the potential that current and future digital transformation can offer to their businesses. Recent successes include digital transformation and innovation for Tesco Bank, Compare the Market and Aetna. Projects are design-thinking led; leveraging heavily on customer insights and experience. My role entails research and analysis; running innovation workshops, agile design sprints and MVPs for pilot; managing the day-to-day project operations, relationships, key partnerships and budgets; and devising and leading customer labs.

Led company strategy, new ventures and partnerships; built creative and business strategies; responsible for executive creative direction. Leader in partnership with Ogilvy to form Abovegroup Ogilvy - a design/advertising hybrid and a first for the region. Responsible for largest number of departmental reports and responsibilities among four member executive team, including Brand Strategy; Creative; HR; IT; PR & Events; Client Services and Digital teams. Lead on culture, employee engagement, hiring and workplace ethics. At peak company was industry leader with 65 permanent staff. Clients: Coca-Cola; PWC; IBM; bp; National Energy (Oil and Gas); Guardian Group (largest financial services in region); Judiciary of Trinidad & Tobago; Ministry of Arts; Ministry of Sport; Carib Brewery. Company based in Trinidad with large regional affiliate network across 15 territories. Personally based between Trinidad and SE France.
