I lead innovation projects at Ninety for ambitious clients in the insurance industry who want to explore the potential that current and future digital transformation can offer to their businesses. Recent successes include digital transformation and innovation for Tesco Bank, Compare the Market and Aetna.
Projects are design-thinking led; leveraging heavily on customer insights and experience. My role entails research and analysis; running innovation workshops, agile design sprints and MVPs for pilot; managing the day-to-day project operations, relationships, key partnerships and budgets; and devising and leading customer labs.
