As Managing Director and Head Of Development, my role was to drive the company towards its goals by putting together a slate of original and branded content initiatives for our team to execute. As Executive Producer, my role was to oversee all of our VR productions, providing technical insight, ensuring they were striving for top level creative and working to stay on time and on budget. As a Director, my role was to direct many of our VR projects, working from initial concept development and production through to final post and delivery.

Prior to my departure, being a Co-Founder I found myself wearing many hats as the company progressed, acquired partner agencies, and took on more and more creative services. As CEO, my role was to set the vision for the company and drive towards it, inspiring our team to achieve their best while pushing the company's growth and profitability. As Executive Creative Director, my role was to guide the creative vision for clients and campaigns, working hand-in-hand with our creative teams to execute that vision across design, branding, digital, experiential, video, and integrated projects. As Executive Producer, my role was to oversee all of our video/film and VR productions, ensuring they were striving for top level creative, meeting client goals, and staying on time and on budget. As a Director, my role was to create inspired content, whether it be music video, commercial, experiential, or branded content, from concept all the way through production, post, and delivery.

My role was to oversee all creative, merchandise, tour marketing and special creative projects for all of the firm's clients, working with the artists, their day-to-day managers, strategic partners, and vendors to achieve the individual goals for each role.
