Conduct Acting for the Stage, Levels Imagination (ages 3-5), Discovery (ages 6-9), Creation (ages 8-11), Acting Styles Exploration (ages 10-15), and the Performance Class (directing the production of Pinocchio). Imagination and Creation focus on exploring what it means to be on stage and learning how to interact with one another. Lessons include characterization, building motor skills, basic terminology, creative thinking, team building and story telling (learning the beginning, middle and end). Creation focuses on improvisation, learning to create characters, settings and scenes on the spot; communicating, listening and responding to scene partners; and developing the ability to think on one's feet as an actor. Acting Styles Exploration focuses on working with a script, developing characters and relationships, vocal and physical work, objective/obstacle/tactic, improvisation, and some basic methods and techniques. The Performance class focuses on the production process from auditioning and call-backs, to creating characters and the storytelling of the play through theatrical exercises and workshops, and culminates in a final production of Pinocchio. All classes meet over 13 weeks and result in a final performance of techniques, games, and scenes prepared in class.

Coordinator for the education/outreach program, American Mosaic, working with a classic play from the season and conduct a six week residency with over 600 Chicago Public School students who create and perform in their own version of the play. Coordinated scheduling of schools, bussing, students, scenes, teaching artists, matinees, calendar of visits, and performances.
