Stylist
Stitch Fix
Nov 2014 - Feb 2016
San Francisco Bay Area
Personal styling for every day women using modern technology. As a stylist for Stitch Fix, I was responsible for a queue of clients looking to inject something different into their wardrobe, and feel their best selves. Taking only the style preferences provided by these clients, I selected a personalized box of 5 clothing and accessory items that was shipped to them to try on. A custom note was included with styling advice and suggestions on how to wear the pieces I picked. Clients kept what they loved, and sent back what didn't work out, with notes on fit, style and price. Through this process I developed long-term close relationships with some of my clients where we had a dialogue about what they liked or didn't like, and what they were looking to try next. I focused on getting my clients out of their comfort zones, and encouraging them to try something new, or look at a basic piece in a new way. Many clients were loyal to me for the duration of my time with Stitch Fix.
