My role carries out a range of administrative and managerial duties, depending on the task at hand. I could be working on artist research through YouTube Analytics, managing a office rebuild, project manger on upcoming client events along with managing an executive's schedule all in one day. I am collaborate with Sales, Marketing and IT on a daily basis. I maintain administrative workflow by coordinating office project to achieve efficient office flow and employee productivity. I'm accountable for booking all travel & client entertainment for West Coast Sales team, as well as creating new team building activities for all departments.
In addition to being the Coordinator I work as the Executive Assistant to SVP of National Sales. Provided full administrative support; calendar management, travel arrangements, and coordination on-site and off-site meetings. Responsible for looking ahead and booking all travel for upcoming conferences and special events. Accountable for compiling presentations and reports used by Sales and Marketing team.
