Current series include: Extreme Weight Loss, Bar Rescue, Catch A Contractor, LA Hair, Kingin’ With Tyga, Breaking Ground, Sweat Inc., Azzeroth’s Armory & Driving Dirty. Responsible for staffing over 100 positions in editorial; Post Supervisors, Coordinators, Editors, Audio Mixers, Assistant Editors, etc.. Responsible for the creation and oversight of all post workflow. Transitioned department from tape to a file based facility. Implemented multiple processes that saved the company hundreds of thousands of dollars. Responsible for reviewing and screening all content for network delivery. Daily coordination with international partners and post facilities to ensure varied needs are met. Solicit, negotiate and manage contracts with multiple vendors. Able to thrive under tight deadlines and pressure, keeping both schedule and budget on track. Created a structured, collaborative team environment with a majority of freelance employees. In conjunction with production management, manage budgets well over $25 million.

Created and managed entire workflow process for show. Sourced multiple outside vendors and integrated their equipment. Streamlined and simplified all areas of production: Hired and managed post department, including Post Supervisor and Graphics Designers. Created & managed workflow from field to edit to stage to distribution. Supervised technical needs of production and post on show day. Trained production and post staff. Integrated cloud based video approval, allowing for tape package and show viewing approval via any mobile device. Generated show day control room notes for segment teases and behind the scenes moments. Coordinated show/promo schedule and delivery. Responsible for show posting and delivery schedule. Incorporated Pilotware “collaboration portal” into entire show workflow: - Extensively customized systems to meet specific department needs while maintaining ease of use and instant information access. - Customized template for show scripting, automatic rundown creation, audience charting, schedule/calendar tracking, idea pitching, guest travel, full post integration and management.
