FAN THE FIRE is a digital publication and iPhone/ iPad app covering film, music, art and style. I attend press screenings regularly and also cover film festivals on behalf of the magazine.

Oversaw the creative development of Smuggler’s international roster of directors. Sourcing and selecting relevant projects at advertising agencies, record labels, and brands, and overseeing the pitch. Also oversaw all press and marketing, ensuring that the work was seen by the right people across the global advertising industry. Explored new avenues of content for the directors to work in, such as branded films, online content, and fashion films.

Represented the directors in the animation department and Darkroom at Partizan - overseeing the roster of directors, finding and nurturing new talent, and pitching on work to agencies, labels, and brands. Also helped to develop creative content in the Darkroom.

Created pitch documents for producers and directors by contributing images, layouts, and text. Also helped out with small productions and with web content/ social networking.

Worked as an assistant and office manager for Liz Rosenthal (MD) and Tishna Molla (COO) at Power to the Pixel.

Assistant to producer Mike Elliott. Assisted in location scouting, crew/ artist liaisons, drafting everything from release forms to call sheets, and being on hand on set to handle petty cash, meals, transport, etc. Also drafted funding applications, researched creative talent, wrote script reports, and help to develop scripts that the company had already optioned.

PA to producer Ileen Maisel. Dealt with all email correspondence and calendar appointments, and preparation for meetings. Oversaw a team of interns, delegating small tasks and ensuring that all books, manuscripts, and screenplays submitted to the company were read and reported on. Kept spreadsheets of all Ileen’s company expenses, and organised travel itineraries for her regular trips to the US and Europe.

Assisted in the production of music promos and commercials for a range of producers and directors. Worked in-house as a researcher and general office assistant. Worked on set assisting the AD and production departments with any jobs that they chose to delegate (from sourcing equipment to looking after artists).

Assistant to the Head of Festivals at Future Shorts, a global monthly short film festival. Helped to synchronise operations for all the international partners (across 60 countries), ensuring that every international partner had all the publicity material, films, subtitles, and equipment they needed to present the Future Shorts monthly festival. Also oversaw the company's online social networking, and wrote press releases for national press for the monthly festival.

Intern at the Old Vic Theatre Company. Charged with ensuring the smooth running of the OVTC office. Also organised public dress rehearsals for drama students across London, and created an in-house newsletter for the company.
