As Content Director, I oversee an array of educational content across four related brands. Our multi-dimensional team creates, maintains, and publishes over 125 content pieces each month, including videos, infographics, articles, and other multimedia material. As an internal agency, we also craft brand-consistent material for our customer experience, marketing, and business development teams.

As FMG Suite's chief wordsmith and content strategist, I helped to write and design award-winning SaaS content for the industry's largest content library. On a daily basis, I crafted an array of multimedia content designed to hep financial advisors generate leads and build an online following. I also worked on projects ranging from UX writing and product content design, to sales landing pages and large-scale customer experience campaigns.

In my freelance life, I help startups, seekers, and entrepreneurs tell world-changing stories. Together, my clients and I clarify their brand, map out communication strategies, and use smart storytelling to make meaningful connections. From time to time, I'll pop on my editor hat, wordsmithing everything from books to blogs to on-brand tag lines. Provided one-on-one life coaching aimed at discovering purpose, identity, and calling. Through collaborative exploration, I helped clients identify their "who, why, and how," find their next right step, and gain the skills to navigate the choices and changes of life.

Contracted with RTC to provide support on a variety of ongoing editorial projects including book editing, manuscript review, brand development coaching and copywriting. Also assisted with the formation of collaborative partnerships.

As Wordsmith at en*theos, I crafted creative online content (from instructional to inspirational) and promoted brand awareness and a better customer experience for all 250,000+ subscribers. As Wisdom Development Manager, I partnered with Subject Matter Experts across the personal development industry to create impactful, well-attended online conferences.

Contracted with Viggle to write fun, compelling quizzes and other entertainment-related content for Viggle LIVE, the live trivia component of the well-loved Viggle mobile app.

As a Development Editor at Soomo, I worked with authors to envision, create, edit and publish new material for higher education across multiple academic disciplines. Using sound instructional design principles, I helped create hybrid, online, and textbook materials for college professors and students, managed research teams and contract employees, assisted with marketing and sales support, customer service, permissions, conducting peer review and establishing organizational systems. Roles included executive assistant, office administrator, event planner, copy editor, proofreader and development editor.
