Creatively, I sit in on every writing meeting to make sure the story is tight. With the director I hire the department heads. I create budgets and work on the schedules with the First AD. I oversee most if not all time tables regarding the completion of the project. Once the project is done, I handle the distribution and deal-making of the project.
